User instructions for our Forums, Quizzes, Chats and Video Chats. Practice and progress in the language of your choice.

Each function is available for every language studied and is designed to provide support for the progress and questions of each user.The functions are grouped by category and allow you to practice a language in a particular area (e.g. Banking, Computers, Sport).

Forums

Our forums list topics by category to allow you to converse and to ask questions of each other.Everyone can ask a question, give an explanation or summarize what they know, for example; then everyone can take part to answer and comment on the topic.

Quizzes

These are small exercises made up of questions provided by you or by us, to test your knowledge.Anyone can create a quiz to enable others to test themselves.

Chats

Chat live on screen with other Internet users. Create your own chats (with a password) and then publish the name of the Chat and its password to chat live with the people you select.

Video chats

Take part in group Video chats. You are either invited or you set up your own sessions.At a fixed time, use a microphone and camera to take part in a discussion session... for an hour’s conversion in the language you’re interested in.

Video chats with a teacher

Alone or in a small group, take part in a video chat with one of our teachers.From home, for an hour you will be helped in your conversation by a professional who can help you to progress and to feel comfortable while speaking in the language you are studying.Sign up for one of our video chats with a teacher.

Messages

Send and receive messages to and from other members of the community.Invite them to chat or to clarify a post on the forum, or encourage them to complete a quiz...
